Tips for Realtors

Have you ever been speechless when asked a questions by a prospective Seller, FSBO, or Expired listing?  I certainly have and that is why I use Evernote to organize the information as I am calling prospective sellers.  Asking the right questions to service the customer will be the added value to understand the motivation, timeline, and desire to sell.  Use Evernote to organize script, info forms, and a system to follow up with prospects in this digital age of marketing.
